MANAGING DIRECTOR  

Romania

• Main purpose of the job:  

  To drive the Romanian business of the Client, building operational consistency and commercial success combined with the development of branded solutions. Ensuring the growth of the business both in turnover and profit margins.

• Duties& Responsibilities:

Setting goals that drive the Romanian company  to business success through improvements in quality, costs, time and services

Managing and further developing the Romanian operation team :   research and operation managers

Preparing and implementing plan for operational (technical) development of Romanian company : data collection, data processing, client service

To agree and achieve financial – revenue and profit – targets set

Source new business and identify opportunities based on understanding of clients’ business and application of IMM products and services.

Looking proactively for new business opportunities.

• Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in management role – preferably senior level

Success in managing and building significant accounts

Commercial experience in marketing services industry

• Personality profile:
  

  Strong communication and presentation skills

  Fluency in English and Romanian. Polish language will be a plus

  Good interpersonal skills and the willingness and ability to manage team

  Energy, enthusiasm, a desire to succeed and to help others to do so as well

  Flexible and thoughtful approach to problem solving, able to challenge

  A real identification with the commercial issues and the pressures facing the business.

         Good negotiation skills
